[MLton] MLton on Debian

I wish someone could do something to actually get a MLton package back
on Debian.
I am happy to help if I can do anything, although not sure what I can do.
It takes someone who is a Debian developer.

I certainly mainly run Debian, and it wasn't any problem getting a
version to run, or making
it on the system.  I don't know enough to know how to make a Debian package.
If even just that part could be done, and put in the Mlton release
page, it would make it easier
for other people who run Debian or derivatives of it (like Ubuntu).
