* Big5 copy and paste problem is fixed.
  (--big5bug option is added)
* minor bugs of bidi are fixed.
* documents are updated except --big5bug option.
* character shaping stops unless mlterm works on bidi mode.

        Big5 の copy and paste 問題を修正しましたので commit しました。

        それ以外にあがっている問題への対処はまだです _o_
        ESC % / シーケンスに対応する過程で、ソースの構成がかなり変わりました
        ので、新しいバグが混入しているかもしれません。
