[Mlterm-dev-en] How to get "Alt+." key combination working

Hello,

I'd appreciate if anybody would give any tips on how to get Alt+. key
sequence working (at the moment mlterm doesn't output anything).
mlterm version: 3.1.8
distro: Gentoo
