[Mlterm-dev-en] Build problems with recent fribidi.

Hi there,

Bidi support isn’t picked up with recent fribidi. The issue is that mlterm
assumes that if fribidi is available, the program fribidi-config will be
available; this assumption no longer holds with recent fribidi. The fix is
to look for pkg-config support for fribidi too, I’m attaching a patch.
