 Actually it is necessary to install 'flex' command before building
mlterm-3.0.5post-20110629, but it seems that 'flex' command doesn't exist
in your system.
 Now I uploaded http://mlterm.sf.net/mlterm-3.0.6pre-20110719.tar.gz which
doesn't need 'flex', so please retry it.
