 How to add ISCII support to mlterm is described in doc/en/README.iscii.

 But libind which mlterm uses to process ISCII characters is not maintained now.
 Furthermore libind doesn't process modern UNICODE characters but old ISCII ones.
 I think it is necessary to rewrite source code of processing indic characters,
but I haven't started to try it yet.
