[Mlterm-dev-en] irssi - alt+cursores

Hi,
I'd like to use mlterm while using irssi, but im having 2 issues
until now:

a) using alt+# ( 1 - 0 ) prints "?" in the text bar instead of changing channel.

b) using alt+cursores <left/right/up/down> does nothing, the expected behaviour
whould be to change channel.

with urxvt|aterm this works fine.

I have been reading the manual, but haven't found information
regarding these issues.

Maybe someone can point me at some document or tell me how I can "fix" this.
