Plesase use 'cursor_bg_color' and 'cursor_fg_color'.
I added these parameters to the man page in cvs.

Sorry, the description about this parameter in the man page is
incorrect. It is uppercase 'ENCODING', not lowercase.
I fixed it in cvs.
