[Mlterm-dev-en] a new mlterm user

hi there,

now, i already see the frowning faces because of the subject ;-)

first of all, please cc: me, i am not on the list, and i am
just "evaluating" mlterm.

here are some issues which are not clear for me:

1. colorBD and colorUL.  i read a lot man pages.  colorBD
   and colorUL makes man pages much more readable.
   could this be implemented in mlterm?

2. i can't seem to set the color of the cursor in the config
   file, only using command line.  is this intentional?

3. the encoding= parameter in the config file "main" seems to
   be ignored.

i am using "mlterm version 2.8.0 patch level 1"
