[Mlterm-dev-en] Unifont size difference under UTF-8 and ISO 8859-1

Hello:

when I use MLTERM with unifont under the UTF-8 encoding, the font is 
larger than when the encoding is ISO 8859-1. IS there a reason ? and can 
I have mlterm use UTF-8 and use the smaller size of the fonts.

I do understand that unifont is 16 size so I am a bit confused as to 
what happens when I switch the encoding to ISO 8859-1.
