[Mlterm-dev-en] mlterm as a xterm replacement?

Hi, I just abandoned rxvt and decided to try
mlterm support. As far as I have used it, it
seems great, AA fonts (though 14 points font
is unreadable), UTF8 support, etc
I only have one complain: why not use resources
like xterm (xterm.geometry, xterm.foreground,
xterm.loginShell,...) instead of Yet Another
Configuration File (TM)? Is there any
rationale around that? Am I missing something?
