[Mlterm-dev-en] No background color setting

Hi

mlterm seems to support changing the foreground (text)
color with 

ESC ] 39 ; XQueryColor BEL

which is the (nowadays outdated) rxvt color sequence

however the corresponding 

ESC ] 49 ; XQueryColor BEL

which sets background does not work

I've been trying both the cvs and the 2.6.3 version
