[Mlterm-dev-en] How about GTK2 for mlconfig?

Hello,

I am thinking about migrate mlconfig from GTK1 to GTK2.
The reason is that GTK2 is based on Pango and can display
bidi and/or complex languages such as Arabic and Indic
for translated labels.  (Recently mlconfig is gettext-ized.
Currently German, Japanese, and traditional Chinese
translations are available.)

On the other hand, usage of GTK2 will make mlconfig heavier.
Also GTK2 might not be very popular yet and people might
hesitate installing GTK2 only for mlconfig.

If gettext po files for these complex languages are contributed,
mlconfig will *need* to migrate to GTK2.

How do you think?
