[Mlterm-dev-en] mlconfig update

Hi,

I update mlconfig.

 - Renamed "Color" tab to "Background".
 - Renamed "Appearance" tab to "Font".
 - Moved "Foreground color" and "Fade ratio" items
   from "Background" tab to "Font" tab.
 - Changed the way how to specify background.
