	Hi,

        I committed changes below.
        
* fribidi 0.10.0(where FriBidiStrIndex is 32bit , not 16bit) is supported.
* selecting region policy is changed(character is selected after mouse
  pointer passing over it) , and some bug are fixed.

        I tested mlterm bidi feature with fribidi 0.9.0 and fribidi 0.10.0.
        I'm sorry but I don't still find what is the cause of reported
        problems :(
