        I committed changes below.

* prefer_utf8_selection includes auto_detect_utf8_selection.
  that is , true/false/auto can be used as value.
* conv_to_generic_iso2022 and pre_conv_xct_to_ucs options are obsoleted.
* xct_process_mode(-c/--xct) option is added.
  this accepts ucs , raw or normal value.
* new "copy&paste" tab is added to mlconfig
* --ucshater => --ucs2other
  --ucslover => --all2ucs
