        I commited fixes to use XRegisterIMInstantiateCallback.
        there may be still some bugs , but it seems to work fine with kinput2 , skkinput
        and ami at hand.

        please checkout CVS repository and test it.

        following is the changelog.

* memory leaks around encoding parsers. fixed.
* XIM codes are rewritten. XRegisterIMInstantiateCallback() is used.
