[Mlterm-dev-en] character shaping

        Hi,

        I committed changes to CVS repository.
        commit log is as follows.
        
* Bidi is supported.(FriBidi is required)
* Arabic character shaping is supported.
* ml_image module is cleaned up.
* many minor bugs are fixed.
* mlterm icons are added.(thanks to Kubota Tomohiro san.)
        
        I implemented Arabic character shaping.
        Thus arabic characters can be shown on mlterm like xterm , I think.
        please test it.
        
        some more bugs around Bidi were found after mlterm-rtl3 , and fixed.

        Kubota Tomohiro san contributed mlterm icons(mlterm-NNxNN.xpm), which
        are in doc/icon/ directory :) Thanks a lot.
