#23 mouse tracking won't work for very large terminals

the protocol traditinally used do not allow us send a
value larger than 233 for the position of mouse-click.

The place is coded as (u_char)( 0x20 + num + 1).
We should at reast avoid sending null character in the
reporting string.

    changed to report the largest posible value if the real
    value was too large. It's what we should do, IMHO.

    It seems to be better to simly ignore un-reportable event.
    #and there seems to be a bug for empty line...
