For some reason, the Editor configuration page isn't aligned when running.

I've found that on Windows7 changing from Aero/Basic to Classic fixes the issue (?).
Didn't test on Windows 10/11.

This is a bit random. On Debian 11 + XFCE Adwaita it looks nice. Anyway, I've adjusted some component size, placement and anchoring in two configuration frames (SVN#78).
