#6 If musicbrainz query fails, cannot refresh to retry

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run mlrip and insert a CD. 
2. Somehow cause the musicbrainz query to fail (no internet etc?)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Actual:   error message is shown: "error 502(etc) from musicbrainz, http request failed - press refresh to retry" or similar
    But refresh is greyed out so it cannot be pressed

- Expected:  display error message as above, but allow refresh to be pressed.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Workaround:  close/restart mlrip and try again.
