What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load a CD which isn't in freedb or musicbrainz
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- No opportunity to enter track titles, artist/album details etc. Therefore can't rip the CD
- Expect mlrip to populate the track list with default values (unknown album/artist, track 1/2/3 etc)
Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Actual behaviour if you edit the disc titles, this gives an error (key error trying to retrieve album title)
Now fixed. If there is no match found in musicbrainz or freedb, then the user has the option to try to read CD-Text (this uses the CDRDAO tools which don't seem to retrieve all the text reliably), or failing this the tracks are called Track 1, Track 2, etc.
