#1 Hang after Retry/Cancel dialog, when cdparanoia rip fails

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start to rip a CD
2. eject the CD, which causes CDparanoia to exit with a non-zero return code
3. press OK or Cancel to the dialog "Do you want to retry?"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Expect mlrip to cancel or retry as suggested by the dialog

- Instead, mlrip just hangs and cannot be cancelled by pressing the quit button

Workaround:
Cancel mlrip and re-rip the cd, starting from the track which failed.
Ensure that transcoding of the previous track completed OK

This is now fixed. It was a multi-threading issue in gtk.
