#7 Template process needs updating

We need a process for moving templates to
sourceforge. And we need to find a way to make
mln download-templates to get them from various places,
including source forge.

And we need to document the process for how to update and
improve the templates.

And as part of this process, the templates need to be
getting
version numbers.
