If you create a folder on a disk/partition other than the boot partition
and select it as the download folder, mlMac creates a folder with the
same name in the 'volumes' folder on the root of the boot partition.
So if I made a folder called 'mlmac DownLoads' on the disk
'Downloads", and select it via the prefs as the active download
folder, mlMac would would create and use a folder on the boot
partion at root level - /volumes/Downloads/mlmac DownLoads. Not
the folder I had created and pointed mlMac too with the browse
function.
Changing the prefs download address:
'/volumes/Downloads/mlmac DownLoads' to
'/Downloads/mlmac DownLoads'
causes the program to create a folder structure in the boot account
folder
'bootpartition/user/Downloads/mlmac DownLoads'
