#4 Options in Damage Calculator

I would like to suggest the following additional options for the Attacking and Defending Pokemon.

Attacker : Add "Moved Last"

Defender : Add "Moved First"
Add "Moved Last"

The Attacker "Moved First" should be mutually exclusive with the Defender "Moved First". The same applies to "Moved Last'. This will removed the doubt as to which move is executed first or last and damage can be more accurately calculated e.g. Payback, Assurance etc.
