#89 Error at program start

First of all I googled, checked bug requests here and did alot of research and I couldnt come up with a solution. I have Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express and Net Framework 2.0. Im using Windows 7 64 bit.

I cant start The Beta 3 version. At the start it says that program stopped working. Below i paste the error (some of it may be in Polish because of my operating system language)

Yeah, I doubt it'll work on Win7...  I haven't made changes to that code in probably 5 years, either...
