Foe Garchomp speed stat is 303 against Attacker Graveler 169 and should move first with its "DIG" move.

However, Graveler still dealt damage to Garchomp whatever attacking move it uses and its "Earth Quake" did not deal more than normal damage (if foe uses "DIG").

Never added code for Digging, Flying, and Diving. Smogon forgot to mention those, so i threw them in quick so I wouldn't forget about them.

Though, you have to check the Is Digging on the defender. I do not consider the move itself.

Don't quite understand your last sentence. Basically, Garchomp is the defender using "DIG" against attacker Graveler using "Earth Quake". Base on speed stat, Garchomp would have gone underground first with "DIG". This means that Graveler "Earth Quake" would have dealt double damage but it did not.

Use the check boxes not the defender's move. The only reason the Defender's move is present is due to moves like Counter or Me First where the damage can only be calcuated based on the defender's move.
