How do I file a ticket on mkOS?
Filing a ticket is quite simple;
- First of all you need to log-in to Sourceforge, you can use your Gmail or so to authenticate if you don't have a SF account yet.
- When logged-in you will see your options on the left side. Please start by using the search function to check if you are not filing a ticket that already exists.
- Click 'create ticket' to start a new ticket.
- Enter a title which describes the contents of the ticket.
- Enter the milestone of the mkOS release you would like to file the ticket on.
- Enter some labels that describe the ticket contents so it will be easier to search for tickets.
- Give a detailed description of your bug/idea/patch or other contribution. Please provide as much information as possible.
- when filing a bugreport please include all logfiles that can hold any information on the subject. If you don't know where to look then don't worry, we'll just find the info together.
