#50 extremely slow performance

Mac OS X 10.1.5, floppy driver v. 0.96

Floppies mount, eventually. Usually takes 5 minutes
from insertion. When they do mount, it takes an
extremely long time to browse the disk in the Finder,
or opening a document, or copying a file. I refuse to
try to run a program or an installer off of a floppy
with this, as it looks like it could take all day.

While this driver DOES work, it's performance is such
that it seems to be faster to boot into OS 9 to access
floppies rather than use this driver.

We all know you can do better than this...
