#46 Drive does nothing at all

Dear developers,

I've recently installed the SWIM3 driver (0.96) on my
sisters beige G3 266, and all seemed fine, however,
today it does not work at all.

System overview:

Mac OS X 10.1.5 (installed using XPostFacto and combo
update)
256MB RAM

Attached you will find kmodstat.txt (sudo kmodstat >
kmodstat.txt) and ioreg.txt (ioref -l > ioreg.txt) as
the documentation requested.
