#29 Quantum 1.2 gig bug

The stock Apple-ROMed Quantum 1.2 Gig HD that shipped with a
bunch of 7600-era machines fails when used on a MESH SCSI
bus at ID 0. Specifically, the drive doesn't show up in the list of
targets due to some sort of communications failure.

This is a long-standing bug (first reported several years ago), and
isn't a very high priority, i.e. it's a "when I get around to it" bug.
Anybody who wants to look into it, feel free.

Note: the drive works fine at any other SCSI ID. It also works
correctly at ID 0 on non-MESH (i.e. 53C94, 53CF94) SCSI
busses.
