Login Delay

Recently, a user was having a long delay after login until reaching the desktop. A fix was provided by the member "GNUser" on the Dev1 Galaxy Forum. He suggested that the user install haveged. After doing so, the user reported that the delay was gone.

sudo apt-get install haveged
