#21 Destination block requests with confirm
This patch adds the CONFIRM-BLOCK request and if
autoblock is enabled the blockrequest() function send a
confirmation request to the specified address. It
should allow to block a domain.
PLEASE TO DO NOT APPLY THIS PATCH TO THE MAIN SOURCE!!

Looks good, at a first glance.
CONFIRMDB needs to be mentioned in the manpage,
so does CONFIRMEXP.
I would apprechiate the confirm.db being human readable ascii text,
can you change that? That would also solve the problem of too
long email addresses.
It would be great if this patch could be cleaned up and added to one
of the next releases.
