#4 want a place to put dockapps

'Somewhere to put all my dockapps.' The current work
around is to have Luiz Henrique de Figueiredo's button
shell as one of the commands in ~/.miwmrc as 'bs
tools.bsrc', and have all my favorite dockapps in the
tools.bsrc file. Perhaps a bs-like capability could be
built into MIWM, so that an easily configured menu was
right there - without the complexity and overhead of
the usual docking schemes.

aewm++ has been suggested as a model, because it has a
nice, SMALL taskbar/workspace flipper. It doesn't work
as-is with miwm.
