I am just starting to use MITSIM and Road Network Editor (RNE).
I got the RNE run under Java platform, but I don't think it is working as supposed to do.
Are there any updated versions of it or don't I know how to use it?

The jRNE jar file is missing from the jRNE zip folder provided for download. Does anybody have the right files to make jRNE work ? Carlos could you please look into this issue ?

In the maunal it says that you can run the Road Network Editor with:
rne filename
I can't find the rne in my installation. Is it part of a seperate install file?
