Hi Matt,

these two links show you the migration guide to the new interaction
concept without the GlobalInteraction, and some general changes we
made.

The FocusManager was used to determine which of the RenderWindows has
the focus. This can be done now by
mitk::RenderingManager::GetFocusedRenderWindow().
