Did you restart--not just reload?

new and add are the only methods that I definitely know don't require 
noloop. There's a bunch of regexs somewhere in bin/mh that give you 
clues (I forget off-hand where); otherwise, it's not documented.  It's 
better to be safe than sorry as redundancy is ok.
