You should set aws_ignore_rain=0 for false, or just don't set it at all. If this doesn't fix your problem then set debug=weather and then run the "get aws weather" voice command. It should then dump a list of the weather vars that it grabs from the web page. If RainTotal isn't listed, then the script is still not trying to get the rain amount.
