Easy. Just group 8 pins using the "W" command and feed the outputs to 4 off eight bit latches in parallel. Use another pin to latch the data into one device on the rising edge, and the other latch on the falling edge. Repeat for the other 2 latches with another i/o pin. Hey Presto, 32 output lines using only 10 lines, and because you are not setting lines one at a time it is actually quicker. If that's not enough, keep adding latches up to 96 lines.
