Change mh/bin records around line 350 to the following:

   eval "use GD" if $config_parms{gd};
   $Info{module_GD} = ($config_parms{gd} and !$@ and $GD::VERSION > 1.18) ?
1 : 0;

This will be in the next release.  If you are using mh.exe and would like
this update, let me know.
