Hi Jeff I would just like to add that I have just bought the Belkin Hub with 4 usb ports, 2 serial and 1 parallel port. I installed a 2 port Belkin PCI card in my Compaq server. This installed straight away in Windows 2K without the need for any disks. I then added the usb hub and installed it as per Belkins website with the win2k drivers. All went perfect and both serial ports can be seen by MH without a problem. I chose this route because my server only had 1 remaining PCI slot left and I needed to add some more serial ports, a video capture card and another sound card for my streaming web cam. Three cards into one slot !!! By going USB I have all the ports I need and I have ordered a Belkin Video Bus II. This captures both video and audio, so I am hoping my problems for now should be solved. regards Ian ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jeff Crum" <dil...@di...> To: <mis...@li...> Sent: Saturday, June 23, 2001 2:47 AM Subject: [misterhouse-users] USB to Serial Experience > I know some people have had problems with USB to Serial equipment.
