The a1 group link is present,  but the $PLM (00) link is missing,  and now that switch seems to not respond to MH any more.

Scan link table says it is healthy
Sync links reports nothing to do.

The other switches report 3 PLM links.,  (00), (a1), and (d1:03, d2:00, d3:01)

I attempted a Link to Interface ... to see if that would fix the link table.   It doesn't add the missing link.
