When I run that command I get the same thing. If you go
to the web interface and click 'Mail Headlines News' do you see something like
I had to send a test message so that
there is a recent email message to see if it worked. If you have your
net_mail_scan_age parameter set then if all your messages are older than that
you might not see anything.
Just some suggestions to explore.
My problem with this is that MH will announce new email
messages in the middle of the night when everyone is sleeping. I haven't figured
out how to stop it from doing that yet.
When I manually run the process to check emails I get :
as if no accounts were
configured, I have set the net_mail_account* parameters in my *.ini,
am I missing, the get_email.data file is created but stays 0 byte

my data_dir is set , and the permissions are set properly, because
I just saw some files (get_email.txt, get_email.data a,d get_e,ail.flag)

Do you have your 'data_dir' set to
/opt/misterhouse/data in 'Search' -> 'Setup MrHouse' -> 'Ini Editor'

The purpose of me receiving emails is
to run commands by sending email to MH. I only want MH to read emails and
leave them on the server, is that possible in any way?
help, pointers welcome!
