#4 admin.exe not intercepted

Hi,
Im running mod frontpage mirfak on an apache 1.3.33 web
server , and I-m experiencing trouble when
_vti_bin/_vit_adm/admin.exe is called , what I found is
that an error is generated by apache , stating that the
file doesn't exist , it seems so that
mod_frontpage_mirfak isn't intercepting/remapping the URI .
Anybody has any idea ?
If necessary I can provide logfiles/Makefile used to
build etc etc
