#1743 Flickering while moving window when autosize is enabled

What steps will reproduce the problem?
0. Enable "Automatically resize window to height of list" in Contact List > Window settings
1. Sign out of all networks
2. Sign into all networks
3. After one but not all networks sign in, start moving the window
4. Wait for more networks to sign in

What is the expected result?
Window doesn't start flickering

What happens instead?
The window starts flickering. I suspect that the window size keeps being changed from the height it was at when the user started dragging to the new automatically adjusted height, and back again.
