#1727 Can't receive coloured messages in IRC direct/private messages

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Receive an IRC direct message with coloured text formatting

What is the expected result?
The direct message should show colour formatting.

What happens instead?
Receiving the direct message in MirandaIM (with TabSRMM enabled) does not show the message with colour formatting.

Perhaps it's to do with how they coded the colour, like the mIRC colour scheme vs BB code?

Anyways, a direct message from one Miranda client to another, this shows colour properly.  But a message from someone else, doesn't seen to show colour.

A specific example I have is this:
On irc.synirc.net on #anidb , the Chii[AR] bot will respond if you direct message !help to it, or send !help in the #anidb channel.  In channel, MirandaIM shows the message with colour correctly.  In PM, the message is black and white.

After doing a bit of testing, it seems MirandaIM (and TabSRMM?) doesn't parse mIRC colour code in IRC direct messages.

It parses BB code and mIRC colour code in normal IRC channels ("group chats"), but only parses BB code (and not mIRC colour code) in IRC direct messages.

Not sure if this would count as a bug or a feature request.
