Miranda Version : 0.10.13.0
Unicode Build : Yes
Plugon: : Jabber Protocol
Plugin Version # (if applicable) : 0.10.13.0
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Miranda 0.10.13.0
2. Connect to Facebook chat using JABBER protocol
3. Send a Facebook message containing characters with an accent, like á, é, í, ó, ã, õ
What is the expected result?
The characters being sent as expected.
What happens instead?
An interrogation mark ('?') is sent instead of the characters in question. Interestingly, this does not seem to affect Google Talk, even through it also uses JABBER.

In case I wasn't clear, Miranda 0.10.12 works fine concerning the described issue.
