Please create core service to get idle time. Many protocols can report for it, but there is no service to use it generally. For example, TabSRMM reads IdleTS value from the protocol's DB, that usable only for ICQ.
Being implemented, contact list and messaging plugins could show idle time without the protocol dependence. For example, TabSRMM should show idle time for Jabber too (on the tooltip of inactive tab).

IdleTS is created by ICQ servers not client. Closing as the requested API exist, Jabber knows when it enters Idle and exits idle, thus can keep track of it.

Oh, it's my inaccuracy. I meant the idle time of other contacts, not by me. TabSRMM shows it on the tooltip, but only for ICQ.
Please correct to "Core service to get contact's idle time".
