Miranda IM's GNU GPL license violated

Four weeks ago it was discovered that a instant messenger application, called ZeeZ IM, was based on stolen source code from Miranda IM v0.2. ZeeZ IM was developed by the Australian/Russian company QuickRiver Ltd. The distribution of ZeeZ IM have been stopped but QuickRiver Ltd. has not yet provided the complete source code.
